Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Conditions: Products must be unused, with original tags, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.

Exclusions: Washed or damaged items due to misuse cannot be returned.

Color Variations: Due to lighting and device screen settings, product colors may vary slightly. Returns will not be accepted for minor color differences between online images and the received product.

Recommendation: Use a tracked shipping service, as JelriSoFit is not responsible for losses during transit.

Return or exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, calculated as 10% of the product value.

After We Receive Your Package

Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Exchanges: Subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, an automatic refund will be issued.
