Returns and Exchanges

At JelriSoFit, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer flexible options for returns and exchanges.

 

Timeframe and Conditions
  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

  • Conditions: Products must be unused, with original tags, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.

  • Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for items that have been washed or damaged due to misuse.

1. Write to our team at support@jelrisofit.com
  • Please provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for refund request

  • Product photos (if applicable)

2. Prepare the Package
  • Use the original product packaging.

  • Do not mix items from different orders in the same package.

  • To avoid delays, send the entire order in one package.

3. Send Your Package
  • Drop off your package at the nearest 99minutos or J&T location.

  • Recommendation: Use a shipping service with tracking, as we are not responsible for losses during transport.

4. Costs
  • In case of return or exchange, shipping costs will be borne by the customer. These are calculated as 10% of the product’s value.

What Happens Next?
  • Refunds: Processed within 5 to 7 business days after receiving the item.

  • Exchanges: Subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, an automatic refund will be issued.
