At JelriSoFit, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer flexible options for returns and exchanges.
Timeframe and Conditions

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Conditions: Products must be unused, with original tags, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.

Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for items that have been washed or damaged due to misuse.

2. Prepare the Package

Use the original product packaging.

Do not mix items from different orders in the same package.

To avoid delays, send the entire order in one package.
3. Send Your Package

Drop off your package at the nearest 99minutos or J&T location.

Recommendation: Use a shipping service with tracking, as we are not responsible for losses during transport.
4. Costs

In case of return or exchange, shipping costs will be borne by the customer. These are calculated as 10% of the product’s value.
What Happens Next?

Refunds: Processed within 5 to 7 business days after receiving the item.The refund amount will be returned to the customer’s account using the original payment method.

Exchanges: Subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, an automatic refund will be issued.
